Reservation Policy Booking Requirements Reservations are recommended at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. To secure your reservation, a $100 USD deposit is required. Guests may also choose to pay the full tour amount online at the time of booking. Reservation Confirmation A reservation is considered confirmed once the required payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation message has been sent by our team. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including: Full name. Email address. Phone number or WhatsApp contact. Tour date. Number of participants. Selected activity. Please review your reservation details carefully and contact us immediately if any information needs to be corrected. Tour Availability and Scheduling Tour dates and departure times are subject to availability. Our team will confirm the final details of your experience, including meeting point, departure time, and any important recommendations before the scheduled tour. For certain activities, departure times may vary depending on weather conditions, tides, ocean conditions, and the type of experience selected. Arrival Time Guests are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Tours depart promptly according to the confirmed schedule. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time or loss of the activity without a refund. Private and Customized Experiences Some of our experiences can be customized according to guest preferences, including fishing objectives, target species, duration, and itinerary options. Customized requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and operational conditions. Guest Responsibility Guests must inform our team before departure of any medical conditions, allergies, special requirements, or other important information that may affect their experience.
